When Will My Order Ship?

Pre-orders take time because we produce inventory after orders are placed. Once the products arrive, we ship them out as quickly as possible. Estimated shipping dates will always be listed on the product page, and we’ll send updates along the way!

How Will I Know My Order Status?

We’ll keep you updated every step of the way! Expect emails or SMS updates when production starts, when inventory arrives, and when your order ships. If anything changes, you’ll be the first to know.

What Shipping Method Do You Use?

Once your order is ready, we ship via [USPS/UPS/FedEx] (whichever you use) with tracking provided.
