Preorders & SMS Sign-Up
How do preorders work?
Right now, we’re laser-focused on building our SMS list—that’s where the real ones get the inside scoop. If you’re on the list, you’ll be the first to know when preorders open. No guessing, no FOMO—just a straight-up text when it’s go time.
Preorders will be open for a short window (around 7-10 days). Once that window closes, we lock in production and start bulk manufacturing. No extras, no second chances—if you miss it, you’re waiting for the next drop.
After preorders close, manufacturing kicks off. Expect it to take a little over 2 months from the time you place your preorder to when your paddle lands in your hands. (Good things take time—especially paddles this fire.)
Want in? Sign up for SMS updates and don’t be the one crying when they sell out.
Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 4-5 business days via USPS. Right now, we’re in preorder mode, which means orders won’t ship until production is complete. Once we have the paddles in hand, we’ll get them out as fast as possible. If you’re on our SMS list, you’ll get updates every step of the way.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, no, unless you’ve got some underground shipping operation we don’t know about. If enough people outside the U.S. want in, we’ll make it happen—stay tuned.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number via email or SMS. Slap that into the tracking page… and watch your new gear make its way to you. Like Liam Neeson from Taken.
What if my package gets lost or stolen?
Once your order is scanned in by the carrier (USPS, FedEx, etc.), it is no longer our responsibility. If your package is lost in transit or delayed, you must contact the carrier first before reaching out to us. We can’t assist you until you’ve opened an inquiry with them.
If tracking shows that your package was never delivered, we may be able to assist—but only after verifying with the carrier. However, if the package was marked as delivered but is missing, that is considered stolen. Unfortunately, as a small business, we cannot replace stolen packages. If you suspect theft, we recommend checking with your neighbors or filing a report with local authorities.
If you have any concerns, feel free to contact us after you’ve spoken with the carrier.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return my paddle if I don’t like it?
We get it—not every paddle is "The One." You’ve got 14 days from delivery to decide. If it's unused and in like-new condition, we’ll take it back. If it looks like it went through a pickleball war, keep it—battle scars are cool, but we can’t resell that.
How do I start a return?
Visit our Contact Page to start the process. If approved, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label (yeah, we cover it). Just don’t send stuff back unannounced—our mailroom doesn’t like surprises.
When will I get my refund?
Once we get the return and inspect it, we’ll process the refund within 2-3 business days (but give us a little time—we’re a small team). If it’s been 5-6 business days and you still don’t have your money, hit us up.
Can I swap my paddle for a different one?
Yep, same rules as returns—must be in brand-new condition. No grip handle removals, no “I played one game with it” excuses. If approved, we’ll hook you up with a prepaid return label, and once we get your old paddle back, we’ll send the new one.
Product & Performance
Are your paddles USA Pickleball-approved?
No. Not right now. We’re just in the early stages of everything, and obviously, we’ll get there down the road. But getting that little USAPA-approved badge costs a f*ing shit ton of money. So yeah, once we can drop a small fortune just to make a bunch of boomers happy, we’ll do it. Until then, enjoy the paddle for what it is—fire as hell.
What makes your paddles different?
They’re high quality, built for performance, and they actually look sick. Most pickleball companies just slap some geometric shapes, their logo, and that stupid little f*ing USAPA-approved badge we want so damn bad onto their paddles and then justify charging you $200. We’re not doing that. Our designs actually stand out—they’re not just some lazy template crap.
How do I know which paddle is right for me?
Maybe someday we’ll have a paddle guide or some technical chart for the nerds out there. But right now? Look at them. Whichever one stands out to you, that’s the one.
You’ll know it’s the right choice if:
- You keep coming back to it, like it’s calling your name.
- You feel a sudden rush of blood flow to a certain part of your body.
If either of those happens while scrolling through our paddles, congratulations—you found your match.
Do you offer discounts for veterans, teachers, or other groups?
Yes. Veterans, teachers, first responders, and healthcare workers all get 15% off—higher than our standard 10% discount because y’all actually deserve it.
Now, let’s be real: if you’re reading this part of the FAQ, you’re probably just broke and trying to find a way to squeeze out an extra discount. We respect the hustle. If you’re really desperate, send us a video of you on your knees, begging for a Slingin Dink coupon code, and we just might give you one.
